Student Accounts Office
The Student Accounts Office manages student accounts. Students who pre-register for classes in the Fall, Summer, and Spring semesters will be billed prior to the beginning of each semester. Each semester's expenses must be paid in full by specified due dates before the beginning of each semester, except for those expenses covered by applicable financial aid or student loans, or unless arrangements have been made to pay expenses according to the TouchNet or Employer Deferred Payment Plans. Detailed information regarding the current financial policies of the University (refund dates, payment options, withdrawal and refund policy, etc.) is included in the current version of Financial Facts and/or Pertinent Facts. Students may access their account information through their Student Portal; important dates and forms are available online.
